- Principle: Data is destroyed immediately upon account deletion.
- Exceptions: Records of contracts/cancellations (5 years), payments (5 years), and consumer complaints (3 years) are stored as required by the Electronic Commerce Act.

MyArkiv provides users with the right to delete their accounts and associated data at any time. You can request account deletion through the following methods:
- In-App: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account to permanently remove your data.
