Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between My Archive (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the users regarding the use of the mobile application service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Service" refers to all services available through the My Archive application.
  • "User" refers to both members and non-members who use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  • "Member" refers to a person who has registered for the Service and created a user account.
  • "Content" refers to all forms of information uploaded by users within the Service, such as photos, texts, and feedback.
  • "3D Room" refers to a virtual 3D space where users can display their cherished items.
  • "Points" refer to scores accumulated through activities within the Service.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment)

  • These Terms apply to all users who wish to use the Service.
  • The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of relevant laws.
  • In case of amendment, the Company will notify users 7 days before the effective date via in-app notices.
  • Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may stop using the Service and withdraw their membership.

Article 4 (Service Description)

The Company provides the following services:

  • 3D Room Decorating: Displaying photos of cherished items in a virtual 3D space.
  • Social Features: Visiting friends' rooms, providing feedback, and communication.
  • Points & Level System: Accumulating scores and leveling up based on activities.
  • Ranking System: Viewing overall and interest-based rankings.
  • My History: Recording items and achievements over time.
  • Paid Services: Purchasing additional features and items.

Article 5 (Membership Registration)

  • Users apply for membership according to the procedures set by the Company.
  • Membership is limited to individuals aged 14 or older.
  • The Company may refuse registration for identity theft, false information, or previous service restrictions.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users shall not:

  • Collect or use others' personal information without authorization.
  • Post illegal content.
  • Defame or insult others.
  • Post obscene or violent content.
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights.
  • Interfere with Service operations.
  • Use unfair methods to gain points or manipulate rankings.
  • Access the Service through automated means.

Article 7 (Rights and Responsibilities for Content)

  • The copyright of the content uploaded by the user belongs to the respective user.
  • The user grants the Company a non-exclusive license to use the content for Service operation purposes.
  • The Company may delete or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or laws without prior notice.
  • Users bear all legal responsibility for the content they upload.

Article 8 (Paid Services and Payment)

  • The Company may provide paid items and features.
  • Prices and payment methods are displayed separately within the Service.
  • Payments follow the policies of the App Store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, etc.).
  • Cancellations and refunds follow relevant laws and app store policies.

Article 9 (Refund Policy)

  • Due to the nature of digital content, items already used after purchase may have restricted refunds.
  • For unused items, refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refund requests can be made via the in-app customer center or email.
  • For app store payments, the respective app store's refund policy takes precedence.

Article 10 (Suspension of Service)

The Company may suspend services for system maintenance, emergencies, or operational necessity, with prior or (in unavoidable cases) post-notification.

Article 11 (Termination and Restrictions)

  • Users may request withdrawal at any time.
  • The Company may restrict use or terminate accounts if users violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, user content and data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Article 12 (Disclaimer)

The Company is exempt from liability for force majeure (natural disasters, war, etc.), user negligence, or the accuracy of user-posted content. The Company is not responsible for disputes between users or third parties.

Article 13 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes shall be resolved through faithful consultation. If unresolved, they shall be settled in the competent court under relevant laws.

Article 14 (Governing Law)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
