How to Use MyArkiv

Create Your Room

After signing up, tap My Room to set up your personalized 3D exhibition space. Choose a theme and arrange your shelves.

Add Your Collection

Tap the + button to add items — upload photos, write descriptions, and place them on shelves to showcase your treasures.

Connect & Explore

Visit friends' rooms, leave stickers, climb the global leaderboard, and discover collectors who share your passions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Download MyArkiv from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and tap Sign Up. You can register with your email address. A verification email will be sent to confirm your account.

Open your room and tap the + (plus) icon in the bottom right. Upload a photo, add a title, category, and description, then drag the item onto the shelf where you'd like it displayed.

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password? and enter the email you registered with. We'll send you a reset link. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at support@myarkiv.com.

You earn experience points by adding new items, visiting friends' rooms, receiving comments and stickers, and participating in community activities. Leveling up unlocks new room themes, additional shelves, and exclusive customization items.

Go to the Friends tab, search for a username, and tap Add Friend. Once they accept, you can visit their room, leave stickers, and post comments to celebrate their collection.

Yes, MyArkiv is completely free to download and use. Optional in-app purchases are available for premium room themes, shelves, and customization items.

You can delete your account in the app by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you can't access the app, email us at support@myarkiv.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Your profile, email, and usage history will be permanently removed, except for data we're legally required to retain.

MyArkiv is available on iPhone (iOS 13.0 or later) and Android. Download it from the App Store or Google Play.
